One account per person

Each person may hold one account, and one account is allowed per household or computer. Extra accounts may be blocked or closed and their bets voided. Returns, deposits, winnings and bonuses gained while a duplicate account was open are forfeited, and we may reclaim any of that money already withdrawn.

Inactive accounts

An account counts as inactive after 12 months without a login. While it still holds a positive balance, we may charge a monthly fee of €10, or the remaining balance if that is lower. After 30 months of inactivity the account is closed and any balance left is confiscated.

Fair play with bonuses

Accepting a bonus solely to work a known method for a positive expected return, or abusing bonuses in any other way, leads to confiscation of winnings and closure of the account, and we may withhold any further withdrawals.

Personal use only

Your account is yours alone. Funds cannot be sent to or received from other players, and accounts cannot be sold or handed over. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, and our support team can also unsubscribe you from texts and calls.

Sports welcome bonus

New players can take a sports welcome over their first three deposits. We match the first deposit 100% up to €100, the second 75% up to €150 and the third 50% up to €200, for up to €450 in total. Each qualifying deposit needs to be at least €20, and you select the bonus before paying. Wagering is 5 times within 14 days on accumulators of three or more events, with every event priced at 1.40 or higher. Voided, cashed-out and system bets do not count towards it. Comboboost raises the payout on accumulators from four selections, as long as each selection is priced at 1.50 or more. Weekly sports cashback applies to settled bets of at least €10. Session limit and reality check

A session limit logs you out automatically once your time is up. A reality check pauses the game, shows how long you have been playing along with your wins and losses, and asks you to confirm before carrying on.

Cooling-off

A cooling-off period starts immediately. You can still log in, but you cannot deposit or play, and we leave you out of all marketing offers during the break. You can change or cancel it a day after activation. When the period ends, an email confirms that your account is active again.

Self-exclusion

Request self-exclusion in the Self-Exclusion section of your profile, then press the activation button in the email we send you within 24 hours to start a 24-hour cooling-off period. Once that period ends, choose one day, one week, half a year or a permanent block, and confirm your choice through the link we email you. The account stays blocked for the whole period and the decision is final, so withdraw your balance before you apply. If no new period is confirmed within a day of the cooling-off ending, the account unlocks automatically.
